Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tap Tap Gone mobile app (the “App”) provided by Tap Tap Gone (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The service

Tap Tap Gone helps you prepare listings for selling your items. You add 1–3 photos, select the condition, answer a few questions, and the App generates a suggested title, description, category and approximate price range that you can copy or share. The App does not publish listings, process sales, or act as a marketplace, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a buyer.

2. Eligibility and access

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the App. The App uses an anonymous sign-in tied to your installation; no account is created. Your listing history may not be available after reinstalling the App or changing devices.

3. AI-generated content

Listings are generated by artificial intelligence based on your photos and answers. They may be incomplete or inaccurate, and price ranges are approximate estimates — the actual market price may differ. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting every listing before you publish it, and for making sure it accurately describes your item.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • only upload photos you have the right to use;
  • not upload photos containing other people's personal data, documents, or illegal, explicit or harmful content;
  • not use the App to list items that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen or prohibited by the marketplace where you sell;
  • follow the rules of every marketplace you post to and all laws that apply to your sales, including consumer protection and tax rules;
  • not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent usage limits or security of the App or its backend.

We may refuse to process a request that appears to break these rules and may suspend access in case of abuse.

5. Plans and limits

The free plan includes 2 listings per monthly period. Paid plans include a fixed monthly allowance: Plus Monthly includes 30 listings per month and Plus Annual includes 50 listings per month. No plan is unlimited. Unused listings do not carry over to the next period.

6. Subscriptions and payments

  • Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are billed to your store account. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
  • You can restore purchases on a new installation using “Restore Purchases” in the App's settings.

7. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to your photos. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service. You may use the generated listing text freely for selling your items. The App, its design and its software remain our property and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use under these Terms and the store's standard licence terms.

8. Availability

We work to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The App needs an internet connection to analyze photos and generate listings. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time; if we discontinue the paid service, we will let you know in advance.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses resulting from inaccurate listings or prices, or from transactions between you and third parties. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your photos and data.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If you continue to use the App after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts of that country.
